Hello everyone - we did a sandbox refresh yesterday - 2 years after our one and only refresh! - and after the refresh, one of the links (to CSV Imports) from a portlet on one role's dashboard is to production instead of sandbox. The other links on that role are to Sandbox, and the all links on the other roles I spot checked, are to Sandbox. Any ideas what happened?

Any hard coded formulas/links won't adjust for being included in sandbox.

It can do that if the links are to specific records, searches, etc. You may be able edit the link and add the -sb1 to it (or whatever your url for sandbox is) to correct it. I know you can do that in shortcuts; not sure about portlets. You may have to reconfigure it though.

The generic standard linking process will work in many cases because it can adapt during the deployment process.
