Anyone been able to get a search to show items qty on so and the item qty if its assembly item is on a so

Can you provide more detail? I'm not sure I fully understand

<@U9LPTU0SG> so I have item A that's part of assembly A.
I sell both item A and Assembly A on SO.

How do I get a search that shows my demand for that item, I would need to see the SOs it's in plus anytime Assembly A is in a SO as well because item A is part of the assembly. Does that make sense?

I can get the qty demand on a work order but there are SOs that haven't been converted to WOs yet
