My requirement is to provide a free shipping code for our customers. The coupon codes for free shipping in NetSuite are tied to free shipping for a specific ship method. Such as USPS or FedEx. We’d like to provide to customers a single coupon code that will work regardless of the ship method. NetSuite native functionality doesn’t appear to have this and would require sending to customers several codes, one for each ship method they might wish to use. How can we make a single coupon code for free ship that works always?

We use SuitePromotions. Not sure if that'll work for you too.
