NetSuite FAM Lease module...worth it or better to go with something else?

Have you looked at NetLease by NetGain?

first problem we faced trying to implement it was that you can't upload your own payment schedule with interest and principal amounts separately. Netsuite allows only one amount and the intertest is calculated by the system which leads to wrong amounts in our case. Another issue is that only one account for lease debt is used which again in our case is wrong as we need long term and short term accounts separately.
