Okay, no one is talking in the #C29HNN8AJ thread, so I'm going to ask here. We just got a new payroll manager and no one can offer her training, documentation from previous employee is non existent. NetSuite wants us to buy the whole training access pass for $5,000. The consulting companies we've worked with have no payroll experience because they say NetSuite keeps it close. HOW DO I GET TRAINING?

Do you know of a consulting company that has payroll experience? We've been told they don't exist

I've been doing NetSuite for 10 years, and have never once used their payroll system. Have you talked to RSM or Eide Bailly? They are two of the larger NetSuite resellers. If anyone is doing payroll, maybe they are.

try talking to Big Bang ERP or Guru's Solution - I know both of them have extensive payroll experience
