Anyone in the SDN that’s not a NetSuite partner?

You cannot be SDN without signing a NetSuite partner agreement

Does that mean you have to become a reseller of NetSuite ( cost of becoming a NS partner ), and then on top of that apply for the SDN ( +$3k membership ) ?

The company I work for has been a SDN Partner since 2014. We have signed a partner agreement, but are not a NetSuite reseller.

No @SuiteBender - it is as @trauty said - SDN is still a NetSuite Partner but there are different levels: Solution provider (Reseller), SDN (developer), Alliance Partner (Services), BPO, etc. So no, there is no one in SDN that isn't an (SDN) Partner.
