BASIC WORKFLOW:
Issue: User VOIDS the Journal Entry while still Pending Approval. Now, the Journal Entry is already voided but it is still in Pending Approval status.
Question: What action in workflow I should make that every time a JE is voided it will be voided not stuck in Pending Approval status? Please help. Thank you

What status do you want it to be in?

I would think you make an after record submit transition using the contusions of Status = Voided and that transition takes you to a state where you set the approval status to approved (or whatever you want it to be

Hi @AI1, I am not sure if there's a status for void JE but the issue here is if it's Pending Approval despite it being voided, it's still appearing on the Reminder's Portlet. Maybe, status can be approved or voided (if there is).
Thanks for the suggestion, will try your suggestion. Appreciated!

Hi @AI1, I just tried. Uhm, this what I performed:
Action: Set Field Value
Field: Approval Status
Condition:_______________
Static Value: Approved
I can't think of a way of what to input in Condition so the system knows it's VOID.
There is no Void status there.

I think Voided is part of the native Status field not the approval status field. I would use the status field in your condition

I believe @AI1 is correct i think Void is in the document status not the approval status.
