Hi! Does anyone know if there’s a way to see what sent a specific email from NetSuite to a customer? We have emails going out that we can’t seem to find the source to. They are attached as messages on the sender entity in NetSuite. They are also attached on the transaction that is attached to the email. We’ve looked through scripts and workflows and searches but can’t seem to find the source to the emails. What we do know is what template is being used in the emails, but that’s about it.. Any ideas?

First you need check in script.. which template id they are using and then go to Document/ Templates/Email Templates
Usually Developer used employee id as a sender In email module

@Ramanand Dubey unfortunately already checked all scripts, no scripts are sending emails in this solution.

Have you checked in Workflows?

@Nikola Gavric go to setup/company/sent email list Here you can find all emails logs Or also check setup/company/system email templates
