My company is using site builder still. (I know I know). A lot of customers using iphones are complaining that they cant check out, are having issues in the cart, etc. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, any fixes or aha's that you discovered that could help me?

The "No thanks, continue to cart" link when offering the social media package points to the wrong place in the page on mobile. With the checkout button buried at the bottom of the page, and the continue shopping button appearing higher up, it could be confusing users, leading them to believe they're just going round in circles.
Your developer needs to change the "scroll-to-cart" target from orderdetails to btn-proceed-checkout to address the above. It's fine on desktop, so possibly make this a mobile specific fix.
If you select PayPal as payment method without entering a billing address, the continue button is above all the errors - it appears as though you're tapping on it and nothing is happening
