Hello - how do I access Customer fields from the Advanced PDF/HTML for packing slip? I've tried joints like

customer.fieldId = value

and not working, from the list in WYSIWYG custentity fields are not available.

what about record.entity.fieldid ?

at worse pull it into the SO and source it from there. salesorder.fieldId
