Does anyone know where order fulfillment emails are customized? I can't find it. And we're not using the SEND ORDER FULFILLED CONFIRMATION EMAILS found under Setup > Accounting > Preferences > Accounting Preferences, in the Order Management, Fulfillment section.

Make sure Send Order Fulfilled Confirmation Emails box is checked under Setup > Accounting > Preferences > Accounting Preferences> Order Management subtab. Once checked, head over to Setup > Accounting > Preferences > Customize Fulfillment Email (Administrator). If you use SC/SCA it adds a layer of complication. Thanks, that's still for web orders, I think somehow somewhere, someone has configured an email to be sent from IFF being put in shipped status or SO being put into partially shipped/pending billing or pending billing but I can't find where. It even sends different subjects if the order was partially shipped

Maybe you have a workflow/script running or probably a saved search? Try going to Customization > Scripting > Scripted Records > Item Fulfillments to check the workflows/scripts.
