What billing/invoicing/customer payment portal solutions are out there that people use and/or like that integrate with NetSuite? Just starting discussions at looking at changing this, so I'd be curious for anyone's perspective.

NetSuite has a customer center/portal built in. Or do you mean other than NetSuites functionality?

@AI1 yeah, other than the NetSuite functionality. NetSuite's doesn't look nice, the customer statement is not very good, and then you have to plug in all sorts of other stuff to accept credit cards, ACH, etc. We're looking for something a bit more comprehensive that is more user friendly, as we have thousands of customers that will be using this solution. Currently using BillTrust.

It works (I've used it at other companies), it's just very basic. We're really looking for something to give a better user experience and more payment processing functionality.

If we already have an integrated payment processor and Electronic payments bundle enabled are those the extra modules you were talking about? Or is there more needed to get the customer portal to work?
