Does anybody have any generic requirement documents for Dunning Letters that you can share?

Thanks @Sam-I-Am. Would you happen to have a Business Process Questionnaire or document to capture requirements on Dunning? I was thinking of creating my own since I have some discovery sessions however, didn't want to reinvent the wheel if we had one. Thanks in advance mate.
