Go to Email preference, under Email options subtab - "SEND EMAIL TO (SEPARATE ADDRESSES WITH COMMAS" select this checkbox and enter their email address separated by comma if multiple and once they received the email clear this field. Not a best practice but just a workaround depending your situation @jen

If someone's upset about not getting an email from NS sandbox, you've bigger issues than being wrong. haha

They don’t know anything about NetSuite yet 🙂
