12/30/2021, 9:54 PMNew account was created with code 18400, Type was selected and no activity or any sort of balance. Currently at $0.00. I've already explained that the reason why it's not showing up it's because Balance Sheet is filtering out $0.00
Accounting came back with the below: What am I missing? How can I make that account show up in the Balance Sheet?

The reports are correct and should be filtering out the $0 amounts. I do not want that to change. It is the underlying accounts included in the mapping which don't include those account ranges which are the issue.a
