Hi! I need to use the Count summary type in a saved search. But the field I need to count is really a checkbox field. So I'm only getting 0, 1, or 2 in the results. There are many examples where the actual count where the checkbox is checked is 5 or more. How do I count only the records where the checkbox is checked? Is there a formula for this?

Use a formula numeric field CASE WHEN {custom_checkbox} = ‘T’ THEN 1 ELSE 0 END Then use Sum as the summary type
