We got an email that in jan Netsuite would be down for 2022.1 upgrade but I cant seem to find the release notes for it

It's not the upgrade, it's pre-release patches that they don't disclose the content of

oh that makes sense but at that point they will tell us what the new upgrade is

I suspect late Jan / Early Feb 2022 for a draft of the release notes
