Why does Netsuite limit me to approving sales orders in batches of only 200? Why can't I approve 1,000 or 5,000 or 10,000 at a time? Does anyone else have this problem or is this just a setting in my instance?

If you are talking about the approve orders page - that is expected limitation.

I'd reconsider the purpose of the approve order functionality with that number of orders.

If it's to double check that it loaded correctly before doing anything with them - I'd do an import followed by a export to perform validation and then do a CSV import to mark them approved

Hi <@U02LU41R47Q>, have you tried to use the mass update option? If you are using a custom workflow you can mass execute an action there.
