What is everyone using for file uploads/attachments in Netsuite? For example, scans of vendor bills, contracts, work plans, etc. Do you use the native ‘files’ upload under communications tab, or something else?

That looks interesting. Though I’m concerned about running out of storage since netsuite only gives a very small amount. Do you know any externally hosted solutions such as amazon s3?

@Cory Weiner Please take a look at our eXtendFiles SuiteApp: https://extendtech.net/netsuite-products/extendfiles/. We also perform migration services (from file cabinet to cloud storage) for numerous clients to help them get them under the NetSuite imposed storage limits.

there's a box.com bundle too, that I've seen in a number of my instances. A lot of different solutions, just depends on price and how you like the UI and functionality

Unfortunately, box can be cost prohibitive for some; especially with their seat licenses. We migrated one of our clients from Box to S3 with our solution (10M files with a total size of 16.3TB ) and saved them 110K per year.
