I am trying to remove a service item from a sales order, and I get the following error: The SO hasn’t been fulfilled. any idea why I can’t delete the service item?

Maybe the item created a project?

I guess it was associated with a charge rule. Any idea if it is possible to prevent NS from automatically adding the service items from the project onto the sales order?
