How to you get a new user to link to your current sandbox?

If they don't have an employee record in the sandbox, just create one and give it access. If they had in production before you refreshed, you need to remove and add the access back

That is the issue I am running into. With trying to get them access to the sandbox. How do I create an employee record in the sandbox

The same way you would in production, just switch to sandbox first.

Thank you for your help. So we have a user needed a cess who already has an account in Netsuite production but I can't get them access to the sandbox ..just to clarify I need to add them as a new user in the sandbox?
