Has anything changed recently on the NetSuite/OpenAir integration? Starting yesterday the integration started throwing errors and we haven't made any changes to the configuration

I'd be inclined to check the role that you are using to make sure someone didn't accidently remove view access to departments.

already did that. still has full access to departments

Yea, I wish they'd supply something other than `web service error: unknown error`

Any web service connection changes related to security or anything that maybe we overlooked stupidly happen recently? I don't recall anything that would be an issue for the NS/OA connector, but maybe I'm not remembering something. our sandbox instances have no issues

Turns out there's some bug they've yet to figure out fully that renders TBA access to the NSOA connector broken. Easy enough to fix with redoing auth on the integration and setting up new access keys. Sucks that they can't find the cause of it happening to people, but at least the fix is easy
