Hi everyone, I'm seeing the GL Impact changing on Item Fulfilments. What could be the trigger of this? It's an integrated process where the following get created in this order: SO, IF, Cash Sale About 3 minutes after the IF is created it's GL impact is changed (just for some items/accounts though, not all).

item costing engine must be running while item fulfillment got created and when fi shed it must have changed cogs of these fulfillment to match the costing.

@sam1128 it happens always - any time - about 2-3 minutes after the IF is created

Unless I'm understanding wrong...I believe the costing engine will run on every posting transaction. That the GL initially reflects the average cost then the costing engine updates to reflect actual cost layers. Check under Setup > Accounting > Inventory Costing Preferences. You most likely have the Schedule Inventory Costing set to 'After Transaction Entry'
