anyone else getting this error on User Access Reset Tool? I have Admin role obviously
You cannot perform the actions you selected for this user. Possible reasons include: you entered an invalid email address, you do not have adequate permission, or you are not an administrator in all the accounts to which this user has access.

If it is one of your users make sure to remove their sandbox access before trying this. Sometimes an inactive sandbox can cause this as well

and no other accounts

Open a ticket with NetSuite & they'll confirm
I’ve actually had a case before where a user had a customer login on another NetSuite instance & didn't realise

Is your email address the same across all accounts where your user has access?
I had this before where I was using a different email address (myself) to login on SB so it thought “I” didn’t have admin on there

For what it's worth, I've just had this problem with a user this morning. Did you manage to solve it JC? I'm going to open a ticket I think
