Hi - has anyone used Celigo to create an InBound Shipment record? If so, how did you manage to do it?

Hi @Stewart Cruickshank, I’m with Celigo and know that we can support it. What are you having trouble with?
Looking at an internal example I found, I see 3 steps:
1. Get a list of available PO Receipts from NetSuite
2. Retrieve a receipt file from 3PL
3. Create corresponding Inbound Shipment in NetSuite
Aapprently, the record needed to be “Marked as In Transit” in the UI, so that the Inbound Shipment could be received.

Hi Matt,
That's along the lines of what I'm trying to do although not exactly the same. We're trying to create a Advanced Shipping Notice ('ASN') that the 3PM would receipt against. I'm using a lookup against barcode/SKU to identify the item - similar to what I do with other records e.g. PO's and that works OK. However, the lookup throws an error that 'item key/ref invalid 1470.0 for PO 7736 where 1470 is the internal ID for the item and 7736 the internal ID for the PO.
Thanks,
Stewart

Hi @Stewart Cruickshank, am I right that the error message includes one decimal point, “1470.0”? That would be beyond me, but I expect our Support team can help. Have you logged a ticket?

Yes, I'm not sure whether the decimal is in the data or just in the formatting of the error message. I have logged a ticket. I'll chase.
