10/18/2021, 7:32 PMWhat happened to the Generate Cycle Count page after the 2021.2 WMS update? don’t see anything about changes to this in the release notes, but it has disappeared from the menu and can’t search for the page

10/18/2021, 7:38 PMWe have raised case with netsuite and netsuite said they'll look into it also we talked to our account manager and he said they might have to do recovery of the account.

10/18/2021, 7:45 PMNetsuite will act like you are lying and thank goodness we did sandbox refresh 6 weeks ago and cycle count plan is still in sandbox.
When they checked system notes in sandbox there was none so it confirmed it was from refresh.

10/19/2021, 8:10 PMLost this as well for a Client, Had to type in the Generate cycle in global search, then select the one ending in DI then save to favorites. All previous plans were wiped out as well.

10/19/2021, 8:16 PM@Joseph Fiedler open the result , you will get a single blue “Migrate WMS Records” button. click it and it will regenerate all your previous plans as “WMS Cycle Count Plans”

10/19/2021, 8:17 PMthey renamed the custom record, probably did some other stuff to it too, but this will recreate your old plans as the new WMS Record. we also had to add the new WMS Cycle Count Plans and Generate Cycle Count from Plan to the Menu options
