Hi, I am looking at the "Emails" within the "Communication" section of many forms, for example Purchase Order, or Vendor. I can create emails which sends an email to an external email address, which in turn can be replied to and that reply is correctly linked to the originating record. What I want to be able to do is to get a list of emails which have not had a reply. This will allow us to chase up a reply. For this purpose, we would expect all emails to receive a reply. To extend on this, once I've achieve the above, I wish to be able to put a flag on the reply email to say it has been actioned and as result also receive a saved search of those email replies that have not been actioned. Has anyone any thoughts on this or come across a solution in their installations. Thanks.
