Anybody here ever build a suitelet to email from an item record using email templates? I'm almost all the way there, but it seems that if you copy a template into a rich text field and there are special characters originally entered in HTML, and you edit the template in rich text it throws an error. I can get around it by making edits in the source code editor, but the idea is to make emailing from the item record easy. I found this suiteanswer that supports the error I am getting. Just wondering if anyone has ever run up against this and found creative solutions.
