You can use a prefix of the entire record type name and enclose it in quotation marks to search for records only of that record type.

true ,the point that is missing is you need to leave a space (when using "")or underscore(no space ) when skipping the "" between the two words that was the question from the beginning sorry you missed that

As a dev coming from outside NetSuite/superscript, not everything is intuitive and the docs well helpful leave a lot to be desired. A senior dev will just say ahh he just doesn't know his stuff .
