Hi, any idea why a specific role cannot create/send a new email message from a transaction (invoice)?
It works fine with most of the roles, but with Financials First CFO role the button is missing (screenshot). I tried to compare the permissions of two roles (Financial controller who has the button and CFO who doesn't) and tried to add all permissions to level Full that could cause this. For example everything related to emails, contacts, customers, invoices etc. But still this role doesn't have the email button available. If you click Personalize in the screenshot, it is not available there. It is not showing in the Communication tab either. I tried to google this but could not find anything related to this issue or any clues about what permission might be missing from the role.
