I have a one world account with multiple subsidiaries. I have vendors set up, which have only one subsidiary they relate too. In an entry form one the venor is selected there is only one subsidiary available to be selected - which is correct. I want to be able to automatically select this value once the vendor is selected. I seem to have this working in my sandbox account but can't work out how I did this to be able to replicate in the production account. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

If I'm understanding what you want...are you doing this as Administrator? Other roles will usually work based on the User's subsidiary.

Thanks. I found what it was, In the role set up you select "user organisation" and the the field is auto populated in the transactions.
