I've been trying for a little while to get to my account center to check on a ticket, but when I click the link from the Support page in my NetSuite account, my browser throws a "too many redirects" error (both Firefox and Chrome). I've verified that other users in my company are seeing the same problem. we are in the NS Northwest data center. Is anyone else seeing this?

yes I'm facing the same issue at my end....hard to raise a case with support on this one🙁

I can get into the Support Overview, but when I click SuiteIdeas I get "That Suitelet is invalid, disabled, or no longer exists." Tried 4 customer instances (non-TSTDRV, non-sandbox accounts of course).

the notification I got on Tuesday said they had a fix in testing/pending release, and that they will notify me when they release it in our account. I'll let you all know when that happens, presumably they will fix it for everyone
