Right now I have a saved search that displays all Sales Orders from Jan 1st to today. My issue is that I don't know how to group the data by the week, the same sales order, and by item. Right now the search is displaying every single sales order without any consolidation, so there is a shit ton of data. Basically, what I want is a saved search that will show me how many I sold of a certain item within a week (Jan 1st to Today). We measure sales by sale orders

You can start by doing something like this under the results tab:
You're probably going to want to switch to a Report, or SuiteAnalytics workbook if you're trying to create pivot chart.

It is possible with saved search, but you need to be familiar with SQL Case statements.

+2 for SuiteAnalytics.. The last time I used SuiteAnalytics workbooks was right after it was released. They have pushed a lot of new features in the past few releases. Disappointed, I missed all of this stuff during the last release.
