Hi, all. Does anyone know why this field is not able to set “space before” and “same row as previous”? This field is a custom field that has been applied to this form. It was working fine with other forms that it was applied to as well. We also noticed that it does not allow us to move the sequence for this field either.

When the field was created was Outside columns at top or outside columns at bottom selected in the insert before field

Yes go to Customization > Fields > Transaction Body Fields Find this custom field in the list Click on it to edit In the display tab change the Insert Before to the field you want this inserted before (or just any field on the main tab of the SO Then go back and edit your Custom form. You should be able to move it wherever you like and also change the other settings you mentioned

I did try changing to other value on insert before field, but it always go back to "Unchanged" every time when I tried saving it.

@Richard Liu yes it will always revert to unchanged after save. After you change it have you attempted to edit the form?

@AI1 It still does not change as the field is not able to be moved on the form itself. It also only happened to one of the forms though, and it can be moved on the other form that was applied to.

try Apply to Forms, reset Labels. my experience with this problem was that i had to remove the field and start again. I never used that outside column feature again.

@Netsuite Tragic Since there is a workflow filling value into that field, so that is why We prefer not to reset the field.
