how to give permission to view invoice pdf attachment email under message tab? Have been able to provide visibility using track message under list however the user cannot click onto the PDF to see pdf file.

They would need access to see documents in the file cabinet as well

Have you limited the access of Sent Emails or Received Emails folder?
