Is there a way to email or download or open invoices for a client using the Netsuite UI?

Try going to the invoice, communication subtab, and select email.

There are processes for doing bulk, such as emailing all open invoices in the month of may.   It involves setting up an email template, then using mass update, saved search to find all invoices, then trigger email.   You could also build a workflow.   Another option is the Dunning Module.

The mass update sounds like a better solution. Thanks!
