Hi any idea how to provide custom roles access to workflow saved searches? I tried to add workflow permission in role &gt; permissions &gt; setu, but my workflow search from the custom role didn't return anything, did i miss something?

Add the custom role or user(s) in the audience tab of your saved Search

There is no Saved Search yet, the custom role should be able to create workflow saved search tried ti create the SS using custom role, i was able to without any Criteria but it did not return any results.

If it didn't return any results, maybe the employee didn't have view access to the data being searched?

If your saved search does not have any criteria it's not going to return any results.

Also it's possible I'm not quite following your issues, but if this is an issue with the workflow itself and not the saved search, Make sure your custom role has suitescript permissions active/enabled as well.
