Does anyone have a good solution for managing ebay and amazon customer messages that integrates with Netsuite? We're currently using Cloud conversion and its a hot mess.

Sellware, except it's not exactly perfect. Amazon integrations are hard, especially within the US. As Amazon doesn't confirm tax rate at the time of the order, which means NetSuite may receive a different value compared to what the end result may be. This is a problem some of our clients have had for awhile, apart from that Sellware seems to do it's job.
