I know this is a simple question, but I'm still relatively new to NetSuite. I'm wanting to edit the look of the standard emails that get sent out by NetSuite. The first one I'm looking at is the one that is sent when you complete a purchase request. Can someone please point me in the right direction to find where I edit these. Thanks!

Usually you can go to the template where you configure the template. You can find all templates under Documents > Templates > Email Templates (or Setup > Company > System Email Templates)

Thanks, that's where I've been looking, but can't find anything matching what the email I've received looks like.

Post a screenshot of the email that was sent/received. Might help
