Anyone have any luck showing Internal ID’s on Saved Reports?

You should be able to add Internal ID as a result field in your saved searches.

@Shel Singh yes this is normally possible. Can you be more specific as to which type of report? A sales by customer report, for example, is simple to add the internal id field to and it's simply named just that.
