Is there a way to see a report of all my roles and the permission it has and the last update too

Easiest way is two reports - one for roles/permission combination (compare roles) and last update would be a system notes search

Any idea on where to start for roles/permission? Is it the difference in role or can it be a saved search

It’s not free, but Strongpoint.io logs all changes to roles and other metadata so you can see a diff for each change and you’ll get more detail than what’s in system notes.
