Running across the strangest issue - we just added a new location (standard NetSuite, not OneWorld), and for some reason on new estimates and sales orders the "tax" option at the item level is not checked by default. For the same items at other locations the tax option is checked. I can't find anything at the location level that would change this, and a workflow I created to check the box automatically isn't working either. Any suggestions?

Nexus in that state?

It exists, and we have another location in that state (CA) that I believe works properly (although I'm going to test it again now to be sure).

Address properly configured instead of overriden?
j
Yep, that was one of the first things we checked. A number of the new customers did not have the address properly entered, but they are entered now. They're also marked as taxable, and the "accounting" tab shows the correct tax code. It's just the line level at issue, and I'm pulling my hair out over here!
