Hey Guys, I am having an issue in commitment of items. The items are available on location, instead of marking them committed, netsuite is marking those items backordered. What can be the reasons for this ? Auto Commitment Preference is on.

Go to the reallocation page, and see if something weird is going on with special order maybe?

Changing the allocation strategy to available quantity , committed all the items for all similar orders, Earlier it was set to complete quantity. I am yet to find the reason for this.
