I’m having a dumb moment here. I have a custom record type

Wording

that has “include name field” unticked. It uses autonumbering to make records with names using the prefix WD (e.g. WD0172). In addition, this record type has a field called “title” that is usually, but not always, the same as the name. Title has Global Search enabled. I’m finding that when the

name

and the

title

differ, and I search by the

name

(e.g. WD0172) the result is not returned. For example if I do

Wording:172

in my global search I get no results (this Wording has a title that differs from WD0172). Global searching for

WD0172

returns the record. How can I enable searching both on the

name

field and on the custom field

title

?
