Our company uses Advanced Order Management and we're trying to prevent backordered items being sent to a Fulfillment Request. I've been able to do the following. Sales Order has item 123 - QTY 3, item 1234 - QTY 1. The Fulfillment Request only has Item 123. I have a script that changes Item 1234 to "Do Not Commit". That works great! The problem is, is there a way to prevent more requests going down after in the case that Item 123 only has 2 units committed, but before it shipped 1 more become available?
