Hi all 🙂 We've been building integrations with Netsuite-using-clients for the past year or so and wanted to make it a bit more "official" by signing up through the SDN but no-one ever replies to our attempts to join up. Has anyone else been ghosted by Netsuite, and any tips to get a reply from the SDN team?

I was not ghosted, but flat-out denied. they did reply after about a week with a denial letter.

@Sean Murphy Did they provide a reason for denial?

The solution I described was not something they had prioritized at the current time.

I'm jealous you got a reply! I even tried reaching out directly to Robert Prentiss but no response. So frustrating when our competitors are part of the SDN and yet we have no path forward.

I agree. I am not sure how what to do next.
