02/25/2021, 7:41 PMit's a compliance issue where people try to use shipping methods or try to ship to a country that is non-compliant with certain items (lithium batteries). maybe i can just not allow the item to be added, but it would complicate a few things. hm
i think a warning after it's created would be safest way to go about it

02/25/2021, 8:03 PMI think you need to create a saved search on items. Criteria would be Transaction Fields ... > Shipping Country any of cuz. Then another criterion is Internal I'd any of 123 and so on. Then customise the SO form under Sublist Fields select the saved search. If it didn't work, you need to control it with scripts
