I'm an admin on our NS account. I can get into production and sandbox. How do I get into development?

So no way to grant it to myself?

I guess you can ask support. But in my experience they’re just given to the initial contract admin user, who can then grant access

Might not mean much but even NS PS doesnt use their own Dev boxes. They use sandboxes

I've got 10 of them and only use them for answering questions on here 🙂
