Has anyone ever tested email capture in a release preview environment? I have a client that wants SuiteApprovals which so far works but the email approval just isnt working. Its not capturing any approved replies even if I force it to be sent to the right person instead of logged in user. @Sam-I-Am

Those plugins are weird. Honestly it might be an audience / deployment thing you should double check. Otherwise it might be an account thing. Emails behave differently in sandbox and in some accounts the functionality isn't even enabled. This might be due to that
