Hi all, My sales rep mentioned a feature that he used at a previous job and wants to know if we can integrate this with NetSuite. The idea is that everyday he can run a search on the customers who he hasn't visited in a while, select the customers who he wants to visit that day from the results, and then the feature plans a route based on the addresses for all of those customers. Has anyone ever heard of this?

Not sure if there's anything standard along these lines, but you could add a custom date field to your customer records for "Last Visit" date. With that in place, you could create a saved search to show customers where last visited X or more days ago.

Haven't heard of this, That must be some integration or customization doing that, I am not sure but I would need my custom search using suitelet, and when you select any of the customer from the list , I would take his address and use some API like Google Maps API to give you directions ! another thing can be done without API is to mail you the map link with the location, So you can directly open that link in Maps app of your phone and get directions and route .....Probably overthing this 🤪
